Absolutely worst chick fil a I have been too. They went over and beyond to charge my party 81 cents for sauce which is diabolical. Never in my life have I ever payed for extra sauce at any chick fil a. I understand it depends on the operator/location, buts it’s the way they went about which was very rude unprofessional.
Requested a correction on my order bc I asked for extra lettuce and pickles but received a regular sandwich, went back in line and waited charged me for something I requested when ordered and when I get home I have a sandwich with 1 piece of the bun lettuce chicken and pickles but missing the other piece of the bun
