Chicano’s will never microwave or precook your food! All of our entrees are made to order and we believe that our authentic Mexican food is the best in town. all Mexican food is hot. All of our dishes are meticulously prepared with an authentic, yet mild flavor. For those who like it hot, we put a disk of hot sauce on the table.

I'd give it zero if I could. Couldn't tell you how the food or drinks were because we never got to order. We waited at the door while the waitress (hostess?) chatted up a table (not taking orders, just chatting) She looked over at us and continued to ignore us. Finally she seated us and went directly back to her conversation with the other people. No offer of drinks or 'someone will be right with you' Nobody came to our table or acknowledged us at all. The food here is excellent. I was just bummed out that they didn't have any fried ice cream.
Service was a little slow due to 2 large parties of 10+ people sitting behind us. But the food... It was worth the wait! Great place with great people!
Food was great. Waitress seemed like she'd rather be home then at work. My daughter was actually the one that said those exact words. Ill be going back for more food. The burritos were fantastic.

Waitress non-existent. A hour and a half after ordering, other waitress asked us what we were waiting for... lmao OUR FOOD! Highlight of the night was when the slow ass waitress, Dana, came out to the parking lot and yelled "Hey fuck you" with her middle finger up in the air in front of my two kids. Really classy bitch! Couldn't help but to just laugh! Spent 2 hours there for no service and mediocre food! Just noticed the site say kids eat free on Wednesdays which isn't true at all. Place used to be so good. We won't be back

Excellent service,good food,could add more alcohol to margarita,otherwise we will go again as we have before.
I have been eating there for years, because it is the best Mexican food in Venice.
The food was good and the staff was friendly, despite the extremely slow service. The waiter only got our sangria and guacamole right in our order. I ordered gluten free, I am sure it was not. I hope we were not served someone else's order.
