Steve was my hero today! It's been very hot the last couple of days and of course my AC unit decided it was a good time to stop working. I found Steve as highly recommended on my community Facebook page, and I'm glad I did. I texted him after 4pm on a Sunday and he immediately responded and said he'd make it to my home between 9&12. He was here right at 9am. My AC had a lot of things wrong with it and he was able to get up fixed and running in under 2 hours at a fair price. Unfortunately we got home from a vacation to find out our A/C unit was not working properly and it was 90+ degrees outside. Needless to say, our home was very warm. We reached out to Chicagoland Heating and Cooling, we had a response in 10 minutes. Steve (the owner) quickly diagnosed the issue, had parts on hand, and had the issue fixed within an hour. Steve was awesome! He came first thing in the morning l when my air-conditioning went out! He was thorough and knew completely what he was doing! He worked wonderfully with my home warranty company to make sure everything was done! I would highly recommend him!

Steve was excellent - very responsive, very nice, came the same day and fixed my AC and furnace issue. Honest and very reasonable will definitely use again.
