If there were more stars, Steve should get each one of them! Our paths crossed 5 years ago, after we bought our house, and the dinosaur of a furnace somehow passed the inspection (in August), and let out last breath on the coldest day of the winter. We had a home warranty, which limited us to which providers we could use. Steve was one of the approved ones. 10 degree outside and we have no heat. Called and came right away and told us the issue. Was very professional great communication. Did a great job. Would recommend.
Steve save our day! He was able to come check out our furnace on a Saturday evening and came to our house to install a new furnace on Monday early morning! He turned everything around so quickly and he knows exactly what he's talking about. He was very prompt and responsive, if we ever have any HVAC issue we'll definitely call Steve again!
