I love working with local, independent craftsmen, and Steve was amazing to work with. He came out quickly, diagnosed our problem clearly, and replaced our 23-year-old furnace all within 24 hours. He made sure I was clear on what he was doing, and why, all along the way.

Since we moved into our house back in 2019, we have had our fair share of A/C and Heating problems. Every year there was always something wrong with our unit. Last week the same thing happened and this time it would not even turned on... It was 90+ degrees outside. After talking with my next door neighbor, they recommended that I give Steve a call to help us out. Steve was my hero today! It's been very hot the last couple of days and of course my AC unit decided it was a good time to stop working. I found Steve as highly recommended on my community Facebook page, and I'm glad I did. I texted him after 4pm on a Sunday and he immediately responded and said he'd make it to my home between 9&12. He was here right at 9am. My AC had a lot of things wrong with it and he was able to get up fixed and running in under 2 hours at a fair price.
