This place is awesome. I felt as though they genuinely cared about my recovery, comfort, and general well-being. Dr. Primus is an excellent surgeon and did a superb job surgically repairing my ruptured Achilles tendon. If you have a sports related injury this is the place you want to be fixed.
Came to the office to see the dr about plantar fasciitis . Explain to the nurse assent told her what I was doing she left the room and came back in stating that they can't help me. So I just paid $60 and they will send the claim to bcbs and get paid by a falls claims since they did nothing for me and I never saw the Dr. I think I should get my $60 back and nothing be billed to bcbs
This place is awesome the care and concern they give is out of this world Dr. Primus is excellent in his field. The Therapist are fantastic, I simply love them I had a total Knee replacement in September of 2015 ,Michelle, Gale, The entire crew I thank you for your patience and the care you gave I could not have gotten as far as I did without your guidance . I simply Love this clinic. The service is overwhelmingly excellent & the staff is fantastic. S/O to Dr. Gregory Primus who performed my left total knee replacement on 2/4/16 & will do the right on 10/24/16. I'd also like to acknowledge Ann the surgery scheduler, Rosanna the clerical scheduler(I think) & Nicole the medical assistant. I just love these women & their kindness. Thank U Lord for sending me to Chicago Center for Sports Medicine.
