Dr. Primus knew what needed to be done, did it and is guiding me through recovery so my 5th surgery on my knee will be my last.

I had a torn meniscus surgically repaired a couple of years ago by Dr P. Two days ago I ran the #hiddengemhalf half marathon in Flossmoor. 1:50:49, 8:28 per mile pace. Back to work/life today with no pain or even soreness. I am very happy.

The medical staff is great but that administrative staff has a lot of work to do. Customer service matters, you are the main people that encounter the patients and you should take your job seriously. If you take my money and say you are going to meet a deadline on forms then that’s what should be done. If it’s going to run beyond that day you should communicate that.

Dr. Debartalo and Dr. Primus are the best. They both explain things in terminology I understand with words and illustrations. And they have the most exemplary "bed side manners". They make you feel at ease.

So far so good. Staff is friendly. I’m being treated for a rotator cuff injury. Physical therapy team is on top of it. To be continued...almost down to the wire!!
