Horrendous communication and coordination skills, very unprofessional
The homeowner we are renting through recently dropped this management company and they will not stop harassing us for the last 2 weeks with reminders for rent and an outstanding balance. Left multiple voicemails for the company and they refused to return the calls.
Heard you guys like to harass people. Sounds like a lawsuit needs to teach you jerks a lesson.
I used several real estate management, non as offered me an outstanding experience, Letts property management offered me not just an outstanding experience, but the best customer service experience. They are indeed professional real estate agent.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend any properties that they managed to anyone. The owner of my property thought they would make things easier and it's worse that ever. Now he has to find a new company to manage his property or he will loose the few tenants that he has. If you see Letts manages a building run the other way.
