That was quick and easy. The guy was nice. I love the fact that he made as many extra keys as I wanted on the spot in just in few minutes. Service was good.
NYE, ran outside to pay the pizza guy & heard my door close behind me.......NOOOOO!!! Was able to use the delivery guys phone to call the 1st locksmith company that came up & Chicago Locksmith was it!!! They came w/in the expected timeframe, door was difficult to open so had to replace it but he tried his best!! Thanks!!
Matt helped me get in so quickly! He showed up 10 minutes after I called and I was back in my bedroom in under a half hour! Amazing!

Absolutely terrible, beware. They talk a big talk about fast response times and good customer service, but you don't get that for the very expensive pricing in my experience. I'm still waiting for them to replace my car key more than six hours after I first requested service. Had to call repeatedly for updates, only to get lame excuses. Would be zero stars if that were an option.
Ryan was very professional. He install 3 doorknobs for me, when I had only inquired about one. He installed them in a timely fashion and cleaned behind himself. He gave me my discount because I got their name off of Angie's List without me having to remind him. He knew his trade very well. It was a pleasure having him work at my home. I would definitely recommend this company. They were very reasonable even without the discount. Kudos to you for living up to your ad.
