These guys are the best! Quick, friendly, well done service. I was locked out at home and in a big hurry. The technician beat his ETA and had me inside in under 5 minutes from his arrival. Price isn’t terrible either! Hopefully I never need them again but if I do they’re my first call.
That was quick and easy. The guy was nice. I love the fact that he made as many extra keys as I wanted on the spot in just in few minutes. Service was good.
NYE, ran outside to pay the pizza guy & heard my door close behind me.......NOOOOO!!! Was able to use the delivery guys phone to call the 1st locksmith company that came up & Chicago Locksmith was it!!! They came w/in the expected timeframe, door was difficult to open so had to replace it but he tried his best!! Thanks!!
Matt helped me get in so quickly! He showed up 10 minutes after I called and I was back in my bedroom in under a half hour! Amazing!
Absolutely terrible, beware. They talk a big talk about fast response times and good customer service, but you don't get that for the very expensive pricing in my experience. I'm still waiting for them to replace my car key more than six hours after I first requested service. Had to call repeatedly for updates, only to get lame excuses. Would be zero stars if that were an option.
