Horrible service, the locksmith that was sent had no idea what time he would arrive. 2 hours later after letting us know on the phone that he had two people ahead of him he arrived with a bad attitude. On top of that, the charges were HIGH. $164.00 for a lock that he took 30 minutes to open, while huffing and puffing about it. Called a day later to let the manager know, she absolutely did not care.

*** with 24/7 Locksmith immediately fixed the lock on our door that a previous person had told us was beyond fixing. He also advised us on some of the best brands for a new lock should we want to purchase one. He was very friendly and personable, and he also fixed the storm door which our handyman hadn't been able to fix. He went above and beyond. Thank you!
