The Staff at the Ramada Lake Shore made the stay very enjoyable. Angie at the front desk was very helpful with directions on how to get to different locations thorughout Chicago. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Great place huge clean room , 2 tv`s ,private bedroom , nice cafe with a buffet meals and room service the pool was awesome clean in the morning , great price and a very friendly front desk i had a very nice stay thank you ramada keep up the good work !!!!
we were very satisfied with service from this hotel. Rooms inside were clean and area was safe. It was on the south side of chicago and about half hour from michigan. Bus ride was fine. This hotel does not look as nice on the outside but we were very satisfied with the inside. I was concerned with other reviews but trust me you get more than what you are paying for.
This is an older hotel but very clean. Everything worked just fine. We did not have any issues. Basic hotel met our needs just fine. Breakfast at the cafe next door was great.
The rooms are a good size with very clean bathrooms. It was my second stay there. Both visits were pleasant. It is an older hotel, but do not let that keep you away. Parking is free and very secure.
The hotel was very nice, the rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, everything worked perfectly, from the bathroom to the ac to the free Internet. They even had a free shuttle to downtown and uchicago, which was very convenient. Don't walk in expecting Four Seasons--this hotel is along the lines of a Holiday Inn, and for the price and location, can't be beat.
Everything was excellent! My husband and I will stay here again.
My husband and I stayed for a couple of days and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and the service can't be beat. Each staff member we talked to was friendly and helpful, they suggested places to eat and what to do & see while we were in town. My company is planning on having a meeting in Chicago, I am definately going to put in my 2 cents worth and tell them we should have it at this hotel
