The building was under a huge renovation in May 2015. The reception was in a messy room, the garage was full of moldy furniture and the route to the elevator was changing every day. I had no internet connection in my room. The breakfast in the restaurant near the main building was very good. The room itself was quite nice, clean and very big with a view to the lake.

Wonderful time, this was a great hotel, staff was great, it was clean & looked newly renovated, the parking was helpful & the shuttle to downtown was awesome! We plan on coming back to Chicago & plan on staying here again!

Sunday Brunch is excellent! I love to take friends and family who are visiting from out of town.

I stayed a night here recently. The rooms were ok, the staff was excellent in terms of providing information and an atmosphere of hospitality. Location was pretty good and provided access to stores and Hyde Park. I imagine my stay would have been more pleasant if the renovation were not underway, it kind of made the hotel look run down, but I understand they were fixing up the place. I'd like to see what the place looks like after the renovation. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
