Was only there for an community event. The food was cold (fries). Need improvements.
I nice atmosphere for a Sunday brunch or dinner right off beautiful lake front!
Well beside the room being outdated and alittle cold during the night the room serve its purpose....it was clean and quiet and maid service did their job....
We had the bruschetta and a small stuffed meat. More than enough for 2 people and it was all awesome. Highly recommended
Wow I am floored at the customer service I just received at this hotel. I called to ask a question about the shuttle and 3 people later I asked to speak to the manager and the front desk clerk hung up on me, not once, not twice but 3, yes 3 times. I will never again stay or recommend this hotel. Wow under New mgmt will put them out of business... If they treat customers like this. And we called last night late (because we were going to book online) and that girl who answered was JUST as nice as the one tonight. Wow
You know I love water lakefront is so beautiful city is beautiful nice please and a lot of nice places to eat and go out to enjoy no I was there one week on the south end of Lake Michigan next week I was up in the north end of Lake Michigan I love walking lakefront day and night
