About this business

Cryotherapy has many benefits including anti-aging, weight loss, muscle and joint repair, fights inflammation, and helps fight depression. Cryotherapy uses the gaseous form of nitrogen to lower the client's skin surface temperature from normal body temperature to 30 degrees Fahrenheit in 30 seconds or less and keeps it that way for two-three minutes. I tried my first Cryo for 2 minutes this morning my appt was with Alexis she was so welcoming from the minute I entered the place and she talked me through my appt. I spin 5-7 rides a week and have always suffered with severe social anxiety. To say I feel good isn't enough, I feel like a cloud my entire body is levitating. I made my second appt for next Saturday already and I look forward to the benefits moving forward. Thank you Chicago Cryospa

I can't feel my legs! That's a good thing. Super skeptical but my leg feels better. ( Got hit by car...car is ok) would go again. Front office was warm (ha) and welcoming.

After countless surgeries, injections and Physical therapy on my knees, I decided to commit to a "cryo program" and really make an effort to come in on a regular basis for whole body and local cryotherapy. The relief was instant! I have now included cryotherapy as part of my regular rehab routine!
