The women here are very courteous and professional. My first time I was a bit scared they walked me through the process. I fell 100% better the next day. I will be frequenting this place for all my sports injuries and spa day needs.
When my arthritis flares up and I have a lot of inflammation and joint pain I hit the cry for two treatments within a few days of each other and I have significant decreases in pain and increased mobility. I highly recommend for anyone with joint pain!
Had a terrible head cold that was now beginning to work its way into my chest. Did one full body cryo treatment and the next day a facial cryo and in a matter of 2 days my sinus & chest congestion is 100% gone. No other medical treatment or medications other than some vitamin C. Amazing!!

I had an opportunity to visit Chicago CryoSpa after a recent race and it was AMAZING! The staff was so welcoming and did a fantastic job introducing me to a new experience. Usually 2-3 days after a race my knees feel terrible, but after one treatment my knees are feeling great! I highly recommend Chicago CryoSpa!
