I was nervous about the whole cryo thing at first, but the staff was really welcoming and answered all my questions. The place was spotless, too. I will definitely be back!
Definitely scared to try this out at first - but I was definitely wrong! The staff was very welcoming & did a great job of explaining everything to calm me down. The experience was phenomenal & I'll definitely be back! Never felt better!
I used cryo after I injured my knee and I was astonished by how quickly I healed compared to just physical therapy! I always felt refreshed after my sessions and couldn't wait to return. This facility was always clean, friendly, and caring. Always took the extra step for me!
Ok, but extremely pricey. Went as muscles are achy from heavy lifting - felt euphoric after but saw no decrease in muscle soreness that day or the next day.
