Mr. young explained me the technique problems of my computer in a way I can fully understand and recommended several solutions to solve the problems, and let me to decide what solution was the most beneficial to me. The work was fast which i was very please about. If you bring you computer there you wouldnt be disappointed .I am telling all my friends .

What can I really say but simply AMAZING! Not only were they able to fix my cracked screen for a reasonable price as oppose to the quotes I received from these big companies that wanted me to pay more then what the computer is worth. I got a call that day from Chicago Community Computer Service telling me that my computer was fixed and ready to pick the same day I dropped it off. Not only would I recommend them but I would definately go back.

Mr. Young at Chicago Community Computer Service is absolutely a person you want to talk to when you have some problems with your computer. He is so easy to talk to and humorous. My recent visit, 9/17 - 18/10 was very satisfactory. I turned my computer in 9/17/10 because of problems stemming from a virus and I needed more memory. My computer is vital to me now because I am taking online classes. I called ahead a of time to discuss what was needed and how much will I spend. I saw Community Computer Service in the internet and called to explain the problem with our office computer and the gentleman ask to bring the computer in because they diagnose computer for free. So I took in on Saturday evning and by Monday the computer was repair and at a reasonable price. Ken was very friendly and helpful...I would recommend them better than Geek Squad.

I did comparative shopping of computer repairs as to: prices, location, and availability of when computer repairs would be completed. CCCS has impressive knowledge of computers, diagnosed the problem over the phone (multiple virus), and confirmed upon actual inspection. Diagnostics were free, No Hidden Fees! Had a problem with my family computer and couldnt find anyone who could fix it. Saw Chicago Community Computer Service on the way home and stopped. The technician was very knowledgeable, personable and caring. The computer is now repaired at a very reasonable price. Plan on purchasing a laptop and CCCS has the best prices available. Highly recommended.

Great service, very respectful and conveniently located in the community. Will help you with any computer service, faxes for cheap and scan/copy service for the low as well. Love it!
