RecommendedThe driver was nice, competent and on time (even though my bosy and I weren't). He was also very patient as we had to make a spontaneous change in plans. He adapted perfectly. The bus it's self was clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Overall, it was a great experience and helped to alleviate some of the stress of our big day.
Used Cloud 9 for my wedding in June! My only complaint was that the drivers were dressed more casually than expected. But overall great service and good value.

We are SO happy that we chose to go with Cloud 9 for our wedding day. After riding for a friend's wedding the year before, I knew I didn't have to look any further. The price was great, the limo was one of the nicest I've been in, and the driver was professional and timely. Our whole group of 15 people fit very comfortably. Highly recommend!!
We booked a 20 passenger party bus through Cloud 9 for our wedding in May of 2018 and we were very happy with our experience. Our driver was on time, the bus was clean and a more recent model, and their companies is very fairly priced.
I booked online and gave credit card info to a rep there for a Girl Scout event and unfortunately they lost my info. Great news! They called back and were able to help us out with our next limo ride.
Awesome limo service! My only complaints are that I requested dancing poles and there were none, as well as it took a while for our music to play in all the speakers. (It was only playing in the back). However the driver was really nice and helpful and the security guard was not intrusive at all. We all had a great time, I recommend!
We used this service for a birthday event. Communication was very quick and professional, and the rates were very competitive. Cloud 9 and its employees were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Will definitely be using them again!
