RecommendedFirst time visiting had a great experience. I am amazed at the low key atmosphere very nice work space yet very relax & cozy. Staff was exceptional food was okay could be better I wasn’t impressed. I tried the fired chicken sandwich. It was overly salty almost too crispy kinda hard. Great wine selection.

Dirty dusty
Very unique hotel to stay at in Chicago. The hotel itself was a very neat experience with the rich history. When checking in we were sent to the wrong room. Over all took an hour plus to check in and sort the confusion. The restaurant Cindy’s had poor management. Lost the reservations several times, over all VERY rude. The Cherry Circle Room brought each meal out separately with a 40 minutes gap from the first to last person to receive their meal. Over all the staff is very rude and the management seems to be poor. It has everything you could possibly want. Great rooms (a little small, but the view down to the Bean and the park is AMAZING , and completely makes up for it).Huge bathroom with a walk in street view bar with that same view, restaurants to meet your every need, as well as a common room on check in level, where you can enjoy a coffee from the little café or just chill and relax.
