Gorgeous hotel with a staff that was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you're going to be in Chicago, easy walk to the Mag Mile and Soldier Field.
Most comfortable bed and very handsome room. The staff was also very cordial. Awesome location with access to everything we needed for the evening.
The multiple bars and spaces to lounge in this hotel are stunning. During winter, have some wine while sitting by one of three roaring fires in the lobby. Cindy's on the rooftop has simply stunning views of Millennium Park and the Cherry Circle Room is a swanky and delicious restaurant space to dine in or have a martini.
