Excellent. Sam took great care of us. Chefs sampler is a great way to try many things on menu. The Bacon Wrap Dates are to die for.
I don't think I can ever stay at another hotel when visiting Chicago. Great Architecture is near and dear to my heart and Chicago Athletic Assoc. landed a perfect renovation with meticulous attention to detail. Combine that with great service, food, and perfect location and the great City of Chicago has another gem!
An amazing and beautiful historic hotel. We stayed in one of the "founders" rooms which featured an enormous working gas fireplace! Fantastic experience! Michael at the front desk was amazing and greeted us so warmly! The views and cocktails at Cindy's were fantastic!!
Great hotel in the city! In the middle of everything and has unique feel inside. It is not your typical Chicago hotel, very original design. Especially love this hotel's lobby with multiple fire places and comfortable seating areas. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially concierge team: Joyce, Flor, Ben. So knowledgeable and connected in the city. If you need any recommendations or reservations definitely see them and they will take care of everything. Highly recommended!
