Great experience. Well worth it. Get the bathrobe!
The entire hotel staff is superb! Everyone from the front end manager, bartenders, to the housekeeping staff made our stay an absolute dream. And the location is fantastic! Right across the street from millennium park.

Very nice hotel, but DOES NOT take care of its guests. Parked my vehicle with the Valet, they damaged my very expensive rims. After their "investigation", which included little to no investigating...they found themselves not liable (surprise surprise). I elevated my displeasure to the manager of the hotel, who was very approachable, but did nothing at all as the valet (separate operating entity) doubled down on their denial.
