One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Staff was great from the valet to the concierge. Found out my wife was finishing her post masters and sent us a bottle of champagne and pastries on her final night. Great game room with shuffle board, and chess& checkers tables. If I travel to Chicago again I will be staying here.
This the first time I have ever written a hotel review but this place was so fun and unique I just had to! Great location, great options for meals, stunning and innovative renovation that reminds you of its history but most of all the STAFF was superb! I would come back just for them! Only change would be to have an additional mirror in the rooms other than in bath. Thank you for a memorable stay CAA!
