Steven did my mani/pedi and I can honestly say this was the best I have ever experienced. The pedi is still looking new 6 weeks out! My nails are wonderful still and I am ready for a refill on them. Staff is very friendly and helpful all the way around. Absolutely no complaints!
I would tell everyone to get there nails and pedis done here they are awesome they are the best thanks to Tiffany, Ashley, David and all the other worker's there!!!!!
I'm happy with my choices. They did a awesome job on my mani as well as my pedi. The nail art is killer! Besides, they offer a lot of nail colors to choose from.
Finally a place that truly knows the definition of a french manicure. Basically, everyone here is wonderful, and the staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. Your nails will look like something out of a magazine by the time they are done with you.
I have went to this salon a few times and service is horrible. The owner is extremely rude, only time she speaks is to get your money! Anyhow I just went and not only did she cut three of my finger cuticles while having them just do a basic manicure. (shellac) She had all 3 bleeding and sore! Put some chemical on them so it wouldn't cause infection and continued on. I was in extreme pain and kept telling her multiple times. Well I only went one time, and that was enough to know they think they are better then there customers, And the price for a pedicure is outrageous 70.00 I have found several other Salons that can do the same quality of work and know how to teach a customer...Cost is half of what they charge..
Sort of confused about the racism thing. (And, in Arkansas, African Americans aren't a minority). I've had great experiences in Chic Nails and have gotten wonderful reviews from my friends as well. It's a great business, keep up the good work!
Chic nails in hot springs, Arkansas is racist!!! You have to be white and have money for them to treat you nicely. They act like they don't want to do your nails or like your wasting their time. It's so crazy that they act like this towards minorities(specifically African Americans) especially when their a minority as well.
They do a great job, but the time that you are there is excessive!! Even if you have an appointment, they are not on time. I have had my nails done several times at Chic Nails and the average time that I am there is two and a half hours ( just for my finger nails). My time is just as valuable as theirs. Several people have waited so long for a scheduled appointment, that they have walked out!!!! So disappointing because the no-chip manicure is the best!!!
