We ordered my engagement ring in 2002. Then, the matching wedding band in 2004. Over the years I have returned it for modifications from welding the set to bigger stones. Amazing customer service and turnaround. They always provide timely and professional service and advice. I wish I could get three more rings but I simply can not replace this ring. Ophelia has been there the entire time and I feel like I know her. Chicago to LA. 5 stars indeed. Highly recommend.
