Today my wife and I went to Chic Cafe expecting to find a very classy up scale place with some of the best soul food in Milwaukee. From what we read on Facebook. The food looked very good. But once we get there we were very very disappointed. The place is like a knock off cheap food court with very high prices.most of the food looked dried out like it had been sitting for a long time. I feel like i was lied to. Because the flyers make it seem like it's the best place ever. We came there from Brown deer for nothing. I will ne... read more
Didn't get the wow factor..the service was not as great and the food to me wasn't as good as I thought it should have been...I'll put it like this it wasn't worth my $18.95 and for that reason I won't return...
Each item was tastey and I should have just ordered a single plate since I couldn't eat more than one! Rita and the chef were very friendly which only added to the positive dining experience. YUM!
The food is absolutely divine. If you want some real soulfood and don't want to spend too much, Chic Cafe is thr place to be. However.. do not come with expectations of 5 star service. The teenage girls that work as servers and waitresses there are extremely disrespectful and have horrible customer service skills.
Food is great can not wait to try Sunday Brunch. Will be back soon.
Yams taste like Brenda Jackson made them! Friendly and home made! CHECK THEM OUT!
Excellent food love the dressing taste like it came from my mama kitchen. Worth every penny yessss honey
I absolutely loved the Sunday Buffet! Everyone come out and give them a try. They had excellent food and service.
After a busy day at Garfield Days Chic Cafe was exactly what I needed! The grits, catfish & sweet potato cheesecake was awesome❤️
