I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. My child has visited this office for 18 years and is very comfortable with Dr. Chiarello. He goes out of his way to make sure my child is comfortable and the treatments he prescribes are working.

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. The Doctor is great, love children and is very knowledgeable, does not give medications where non is needed. The majority of the staff needs some help with customer service, only about 2 of them are nice, the rest behave like they would rather not be bothered by you. I go only because of the doctor, and ultimately that's all who really matters.

Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not really, they should have made more of an effort Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
