Incredibly rude. He had no interest in listening to my dad’s medical history, dismissing it as “dirty laundry”. Seemed to show up just to bill the consult. If he walks in your hospital room, prepare to feel his condescension. I recommend asking for a different cardiologist if you can.
This man is dismissive of patients concerns.
Today was my first visit with Dr. St Pierre. My daughter and I were impressed as he answers all questions and explains your condition extremely well. The good doctor has a great personality and as friendly as can be. The staff is courteous and friendly as well. I give very few reviews so if you get one it is well deserved.
Terrible bedside manners! He talks down and degrades his patients and their family. Made comments about how disgusted he was with my fathers stomach, threatened not to do surgery, and made comments about how my parents should be spending their money to be able to afford a name brand medicine that their insurance wouldn’t cover. Doesn’t even give his patients a chance to change their lifestyle. Just badgers them constantly. Rudest doctor I have ever met.
I had driven out from GA to visit family in the Little Rock area. Dr. St Pierre was consulted to see me when I was admitted unexpectedly to CHI St. Vincent HS North. I found him to be very personable and extremely professional. He put my family and me at ease during a very difficult time while providing me with excellent care. I would highly recommend Dr. St Pierre to my family, friends, and anyone needing a cardiologist.
I've been seeing Dr. StPierre for about 12 years. He is thorough, professional and has provided me with excellent treatment. My wife also sees him and she is thoroughly satisfied with his treatment. His staff are friendly, caring and always ready to help if necessary. I highly recommend him.

Dr St Pierre saved my life plain & simple. I would highly recommend him!!!
The more serious a patient's condition, the less Dr. St. Pierre will appear to have any bedside manner. Once he gets a patient stabilized, then he starts to relax and loosen up. People may mistake this for having no bedside manner. He is an excellent cardiologist and Arkansas is lucky to have him.
