I would like to thank Amanda in the ER for above her duty of the ER and making me, my husband, and our 2 boys feel comfortable. While I was in there waiting to find out what was going to happen next. I would also like to thank Leslie, Priscilla, and the student nurse from my last day in the hospital (sorry I can't remember her name) but to her I pray you and your husband have a beautiful healthy little bundle of joy! For making my family and I feel comfortable with everything and informing us on what we had questions about.
We went in and got right in a room. We didn't even sit in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly & helped my son right away. Very impressed with our much needed visit.
In the 5 minutes it took to check my son in, we had two nurses come out and get his info/symptoms!! Once we were called back, we spent 3 hours waiting for the non English speaking staff to stop in maybe 3 times. It was not busy & they were sitting at their computers the entire time. The very groggy doctor ordered a scan and that set in motion another 30 min wait to be taken back for that. Then, another 40 minutes for results! Then, sat about 20 minutes longer waiting to sign discharge papers!!! It was like a third world coun... read more
Nurses were kind of rude. The oriental nurse was nice. I feel like the one older nurse talked to my mom's doctor like crap
I love how caring the staff is for my daughter and her new baby.
Waiting time in the ER was better than most, did a breathing treatment in the ER but then sent out the door with an $80 inhaler that doesn't work. But they can't give me another treatment unless I'm re-evaluated again $$$.
The cancer care staff are amazing! The ER is staffed by drs who have no idea and don't seem to care. Dr Rice is one if the exceptions. Once you get to a hospital room most of the nurses and CNAs are awesome.
