I was DENIED medical care at CHI Cravan Hagan Clinic, BY CHELE (Shelly, however you spell it), because I have a child that I would have to bring with me. I have no one to watch my child, literally no baby sitter, NO ONE. I am ALONE in Williston. I was informed that I would have to go to ER to receive medical care and take my child WITH ME TO ER, where there are more positive COVID CASES, rather than being allowed to go see my REGULAR DOCTOR with my child.
Big shout out to Family practice clinic, my physician personally called me and told me my results within 4 hours from seeing him. Never has this happened in the past. Thanks Dr. Kemp for your help. (He actually called me 3 times on my cell to discuss labs etc.).
About two months ago, I was in a car accident and had to be taken to the ER. From what I remember (I had a concussion) it was a helpful and caring experience during a very scary time. Flash forward to this week- I had to get some medical records, and the team I got to work with to get this done were all so great! Every one of them were helpful and kind, and I'm just thankful.
The employees are terrific and always ready.
There service is terrible. They don’t really get the problem taken care of if you go to the ER. They rush some out and then others they take their sweet time with. They’re billing department sucks as well. If you are lucky you will get 1 bill before being turned over to collections.
The entire Experience we had from start to finish of having our baby was absolutely incredible. The nurses were so easy to get along with, we had a blast visiting together, they answered my 100 crazy mom questions and when things turned for the worse during labor the entire rapid response team took charge and helped me & my baby. Constantly receiving bills for the first time and they already say “past due” or “no insurance on file” when insurance information is ALWAYS provided before service is provided. I have never had these issues at Trinity and I will be switching my son’s primary care. I am tired of being sent to collections when I have never seen the bill, it has never been submitted to my insurance and hasn’t even reached the due date on the statements.
