Worst ER experience ever. Went in for injury. Needed imaging. Told front desk & triage there for assessment & imaging. Triage nurse had history wrong, never corrected. Never asked about medications. Acted like she didn't care and was being put out of her way during vitals. Waited in pain for over 4 hours. Not seen by a doctor, but PA. PA said they don't do imaging in ER and I needed to have PCP schedule at a later day. Offered pain drugs only and no treatment whatsoever. I wouldn't go here again if I were bleedin... read more
My son in law was at CHI Lincoln, Nebraska. The day staffing was very nice. But, the night nurses were very rude. And, in trying to get a complaint form he was informed they didn’t have them. No, one returned calls so, he could speak to someone no one calls back. Night staff very unprofessional.
