Apparently they just prescribe meds and then when the don’t have a provider they give no warning and when you finally reach them after a week of calling they just say oh well sorry your kid can’t get his meds we prescribed him we don’t have a provider or don’t know what to tell you absolutely bizarre and disgusting
I absolutely love my Dr. she has been very supportive and understanding.
Always friendly and typically respond quickly. I see Susan Mayberry as a therapist and love her! Down to earth, makes me feel comfortable and caring. I see Mick for meds and makes me feel like he's really listening and making sure I get what I need
I did 2 sessions there & I'm not continuing because of the following (money, insurance, didn't receive full hours, doesn't fix what I was there for, not much support, welcome Q&A video of doctor doesn't match sessions, doctor won't refer me elsewhere, etc) assume we can 'vent' with friends family for probably similar results; I'm unsure how people can constantly pay for support; I'm unsure how contacting offices helps; I received vague response; part of our continuing mental health crisis
