The Nurses and Doctors all did a great job!!
Spent 7 hours in ER waiting for a room while in serious condition (sepsis)...very little communication from staff....
Besides being friendly & kind, the entire staff were professional and knew what their role was in the process. I was very well taken care of at ChI health Mercy in council bluffs. In fact, a member of the custodial staff hopped in the elevator with us to make sure we got where we were suppose to. This was at 5:30 a.m. in the morning! Nice guy! I was there for a surgery. Thank you.
