Everyone I mean everyone was all wonderful in caring for me.
After 2 years of having to go get my mammogram elsewhere because my insurance took CHI out of their Network. I was able to return I was so ecstatic. I've been going there for my mammograms since I was 40 years old I'm 72 years old now. my greeting was very cold no hello just fill out these papers and let me see your ID. the worst thing was when I went back for the mammogram she handed me a warm robe and said put this on again no hello! I don't expect a conversation but a hello it says so much I felt unwanted and disrespected... read more
