Place is a chop shop anything to make a buck and bill the insurance for some easy money and not care about the life affected oh not to mention they lost my finger! (Which Was supposed to be preserved for later purposes) When my wife thankfully made the decision to transfer me to a much better place my chopped off finger was mysteriously lost! I was in complete misery during my stay. I could keep going but I’ll stop here!
I really loved my OR nurses, To Recovery nurses. With Mother Nature being disruptive this weekend y’all performed excellent!!!
The staff, from the doctors, nurses, CNAs, to the food services and cleaning staff, were all so very helpful. They made sure to get my mom the help she needed as well as helped to make sure I was comfortable. They kept me informed, and constantly checked in my mom. Such a wonderful place. Bless them all!
Went there to get my gallbladder looked at and they were more concerned about checking out my heart. Told them my heart was fine, even took their stress test and proved it was fine. Never did anything about my gallbladder and I’m still in pain
We had our baby girl Jan 17th and everyone was so helpful, and amazing! I cannot thank all of the nurses that helped enough! They treated all of us so well. Anything we needed they got us. I would highly recommend Good Sam to all of my friends and family! They treat you like family their! Thank you again Good Sam for treating my family and I so well!
Thank you for allowing/having comfort dogs in your hospital. It was so sweet to see the children's excitement when they saw the dogs. It was also incredibly comforting to our family when we got tough news.
