aurora is home. However after the Dr. discharged her is when the nightmare started with NICU nurse. I get a call to take a spare car seat as she is shy of 5 lbs and her new car seat is 5plus. Ok, that is state law. This started in the early am. Her NICU nurse did not like questions being asked, was rude and not forthcoming. RecommendedMy mother ended up in the ER and then admitted as a patient for 3 days - we've had experiences with many hospitals, large and small, over the years, and the care provided at St Francis is amongst the best! Nursing staff was great, and Dr. Manoj Suryanarayanan (Dr. "Sury") was exceptional - don't remember an experience where the doctor was so thorough, and also concerned about our understanding of what was taking place. For the past couple of months it has been almost impossible to call and get in because every other day their "phone lines" were down. Now I call and try and make an appointment only to be told to go to urgent care because they are only taking limited amount of patients due to getting a new computer system?! I love our physician and how he takes care of us, if we can ever get in to see him, but the rest is terrible!
RecommendedWill Doctor James Crew of 72nd Sorensen doctors office retired but I think her name Dr. Abby Miller will be a primary care physician as long as I live at the address I live at. She's young no ring but she was nice and I really like her. Doctor Crew said I must find a New Doctor in order for me to get my prescriptions. i love the care I get from Chi. I would recommend her to anyone. I felt like I was at home there. Chi Rocks.
RecommendedFirst time I have ever Been In and out of there within a hour. Haven’t been there for a few years so much faster now. The staff was awesome and the doctor was great and not in a hurry made sure we understood everything.
