Woman at the check in ER window was completely Rude. I dont understand why either. was there to pick someone up and it bothered me on how I was treated.You work at a job that works directly with PEOPLE. Respect others it's not hard. Hope this is corrected for the next person

Recommendedi went in today and they talked with my Neurologist ahead of time and had my medication protocol ready. they are all the best women around.

RecommendedI have had both of my children at St Francis. Both were delivered by c-section, and both experiences were just amazing. They did everything they could to make me and my husband comfortable and helped us adjust to the idea of having to have a c-section. Our doctors and nurses went above and beyond their jobs by making us feel safe and knowledgeable about the whole process.
RecommendedI received the best care and treatment here,the entire staff were wonderful,from the front desk to treatment before and after,they were all wonderful.Thank you to Marilyn,Coleen,Dr Josh,Terry,Monica,Dr.Crocket,and Dr.Clark,thank you all for my wonderful care.
Hope the new hospital puts this one out of business. We need CHI to be gone
I would definitely NOT recommend this ER to anyone. If you are not in dire need I would recommend that you go elsewhere. Admission staff are very rude and ER staff could care less. To top off our horrible visit, the admission staff lost our insurance paperwork after having to sit there for an addition 20 minutes to update it in their system. I stayed on the fifth and sixth floor my two weeks at Saint Francis. The care was excellent, everyone seemed to be very happy working there.
