I see tanja noecker and she's absolutely outstanding! She's really the best choice I could have made to put in charge of my healthcare since my other doctor passed away. She really understands her patients, and everything going on in their lives. She never has made me uncomfortable and she'll get to know you on a personal level so every office visit is like going to see an old friend, while getting a five star treatment. I have a hard time getting appointments at times or getting ahold of anyone. Tonya is great and will take theee best care of you. If you’re over ten minutes late don’t bother showing up though, you’ll reschedule. I tried calling to see if I could still make it as I knew I’d be 10 minutes late and no one would answer so I drove over 20 miles there, then back for nothing. Thats why I called. (And I totally understand Tonya’s time running over into someone else’s appointment...)
Office staff here are AWESOME! Had my first appointment here today. My infant son started crying, because he wanted his second breakfast. I was stuck doing paperwork, and unable to tend to him. One of the office staff came over, and offered to feed him for me while I did my paperwork (And she wasn't the only one who wanted a turn with him!). I'm very impressed with how helpful everyone was to me. Definitely sold on staying here for a while.
They were super friendly and very informative! I will be recommending this office for sure!
Tanya is the best! My daughters and I LOVE her. She listens and is interested and doesn't try to just rush you out the door! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'm disappointed that I couldn't get my husband added as a patient of Dr. Coady. I figured, since we were already patients of the office, family members would automatically qualify, but he could only be added as Tanya's patient, not Dr. Coady. Very dissapointing.
Dr. Coady is by far one of the best doctors around!
