I've been here a few times over the last couple years, had appointments with Scherer, PA and Surabhi, MD and have been extremely pleased. They are very professional and detail oriented. 5 stars!
I've never had a bad experience at CHI Elkhorn, whether it was their old clinic or the new one. Appointments have been reasonably scheduled and I never wait that long trying to get in. My primary is Bridgett Cornell, but I have seen others seemlessly if she is unavailable. Keep up the good work. A quality clinic is difficult to find these days!
"I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this facility. The nurses were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to wait for hours without any updates or assistance, which was not only inconvenient but also incredibly disrespectful. When I finally approached the nurses, they were dismissive and rude, acting like my concerns were an inconvenience to them. No complaints at all.
Patient care has gone down the tube at this clinic. Messing with people's health by not listening to their Patient concerns. Not caring whether their patients have their medications.
