Extremely long wait time. Understaffed. Radio techs are doing MA/Nurse work and having difficulties with it making the process even slower. Had to wait 30 mins to see a PA-C after being brought into the office. 20 mins wait outside too. Crazy for a simple appointment booked at in advance.
Bridget, NP was wonderful! Very helpful and great bedside manner.
