The CHI Hospice team was very kind and compassionate in their care for my husband during his final months. They also provided wonderful support for me and my family during this difficult time. Thank you, Holly, Denise, Jenny and everyone else who did everything they could for him and for us.
We worked with CHI hospice for the last few weeks of my mothers life. We worked with Holly. I can’t imagine how that part of the experience could have been better. They were so concerned about my mothers comfort and I have nothing but good words for them.
What is going on
We partnered with CHI Health and Home, and worked with Emmy. She was amazing and worked very hard to advocate for her patient. She kept in great communication with us. I will definitely refer clients to CHI Health at Home!
I have worked professionally with CHI Home Health for many years and this team is truly second to none. They have a unique "all hands on deck" approach to their patient care that allows them to provide very high quality care and streamlined communication among their internal team and community partners. I would highly recommend this Home Health Care team to care for your loved one.
