What that means is “Interventional” only. If this practice can’t stick a needle in you and inject steroids then they don’t want to have anything to do with you. And if that doesn’t help then bye bye, too bad, so sad. Sorry you’re in pain but if we can’t make money on invasive procedures then you’re on your own. Plus they are over booked for procedures for months. If you need immediate assistance I would suggest you look elsewhere. Regardless! Plus they will lie to you.
Dr Ung and his staff are all amazing. Dr. Ung truly cares about his patients. He explains everything before doing it. He is a very intelligent and kind doctor. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Ung!!! I wish I could give him 10 stars instead of just 5. He’s an incredible doctor!!!!
Dr. Ung has been my pain management doctor for 12 years. He is very caring he takes his time with me and listens to what is going on with me. I would definitely recommend him.

I have seen Dr Ung for over 5 years. He has ALWAYS cared about what I had to say and how I was feeling. If something wasn’t working for the pain he finds something that will.
Dr. Ung is a professional who is absolutely superb in his field. He is so quiet and gentle and makes sure he does everything in his power to make you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend him. His staff is also exsellent. I would give him 5 stars and more if I could.
I have been a patient for less than 6 months and have not had a worse experience in any doctor's office as I have in this office. The receptionist staff cannot keep up with scheduling; the billing department has blatantly lied regarding authorizations for procedures leaving me with astronimical debt, and Dr. Ung's general rapport is "hi" and "bye" with no real consultation. I don't know how they have a license.
