Courteous, professional staff. Clean facility.
Very unhappy with how this appt went. I went for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound because I found a lump in my left breast. I did the mammo and then was called back in because “he” wanted more views (I don’t know who “he” was) and then was brought in for the ultrasound. The tech was focusing a lot on my right and I didn’t know why. I asked to have my friend with me and was told no, yet there were a bunch of construction men there walking all around the place. I had my first appointment this morning. The entire staff was kind, patient and explained every step to me; from where the changing and waiting room was to the procedure that was being done. Then again pointed me in the right direction back to the changing rooms. Such a pleasant experience for a first time mammogram.
I have been here 3-4 times now. I never wait longer than a couple of minutes. Everyone here is very pleasant and friendly.
The best mammogram experience I've ever had. No waiting at all. The technician was very pleasant and the actual mammogram didn't hurt. They have 3-D imaging, so your breast isn't squished between two pieces of glass. Such an improvement. My only criticism is that I called three times over three months before I could actually make an appointment. I would leave a message and no one would get back to me.
