I had my first appointment this morning. The entire staff was kind, patient and explained every step to me; from where the changing and waiting room was to the procedure that was being done. Then again pointed me in the right direction back to the changing rooms. Such a pleasant experience for a first time mammogram.
I have been here 3-4 times now. I never wait longer than a couple of minutes. Everyone here is very pleasant and friendly.
The best mammogram experience I've ever had. No waiting at all. The technician was very pleasant and the actual mammogram didn't hurt. They have 3-D imaging, so your breast isn't squished between two pieces of glass. Such an improvement. My only criticism is that I called three times over three months before I could actually make an appointment. I would leave a message and no one would get back to me. I have had nothing but a good experience with everyone affiliated with this office from being punctual, professional and caring.
The actual mammogram was fine, but if you need a breast ultrasound they DO NOT have a seamless relationship with the ultrasound group. My first time there I was expected to know there were two waiting rooms.
