Would recommend to anyone, and you're supporting local business, great people!
Fantastic service, Dr. Gross goes out of his way to help our dogs!
I finally came in last week after meaning to check it out for months. I was very pleased with the service I received! I had not made an appointment and it was near closing time, but I was in and out in less than an hour! My dog is extremely nervous about going to his usual vet, but this vet was amazing! He took the time to patiently sit on the floor and wait for my dog to come to him, which I appreciated tremendously because my dog has special needs. The consultation was also very cheap; the medication he prescribed cost mor... read more
I was in there today for my little guy and they were absolutely WONDERFUL!
Wonderful staff and vet, I really love this clinic. Everyone was very friendly, I didn't feel rushed and I felt educated by the vet who answered my questions well. My only concern was the trash can in the exam room (where we waited for the vet) was at dog height and full of bloody paper towels. Even just a lid on the can would have made me feel better. It was a small room, and I struggled keeping my nervous 1yr old pup away from the can.
Our dog was limping badly on Friday and by Saturday morning was unable to put any weight on his leg along with a swollen ankle. He could not be seen by our usual vet until Monday. I opted to seek immediate help elsewhere. I called Cheyenne Veterinary Wellness & Surgery Center and our dog was able to be seen within the hour. He had soft tissue swelling and had been exposed to lyme disease. Dr. Gross took the time to explain the situation and answered our questions. After medication he is back to his old self. So grateful to D... read more
I normally feel like a terrible pet owner when I plow through the door of the veterinarian's office with my very large, excitable, and energetic Golden Retriever. The staff at Cheyenne didn't seem irritated in the least, but greeted her with just as much energy. The doctor was patient with her and you could tell that he just cares about your pet. I can't see us ever going anywhere else!
I was just in there today with my 17-year-old diabetic kitty. I was extremely impressed with all the staff, especially Dr. Gross. The way he treats is not only cost-effective, but highly realistic. The staff was very friendly and my precious fur-baby really liked them. The next time I need a vet, I will most definitely be back.
