Went in for a eye exam. Was having trouble with my left eye. Thought it may have been a cataract. Saw Dr Bowman went through a complete exam. Dr Bowman said I needed to see Dr Miller. Waited a month to see Dr Miller. After doing the same exam as Dr Bowman did was told I had a detached retina! Dr Miller said she would set up a appointment with a specialist. After waiting a day I found a specialist in Fort Collins. Thanks to the incompetence of Dr Bowman and Dr Miller I have lost sight in my eye! These people should not be in ... read more
Quite a few billing errors.
My mother and I went to the eye clinic today. Our appointments were at 2:30 and 2:50. We arrived at 2:15 to check in. At check in, I told the receptionist my mother and I were no longer interested in contacts. Which she told me was no problem. We sat down and waited. Our ride had gone to the grocery store as we had assumed our appointments were going to be nice and easy. We waited almost an hour before finally asking what was going on. Inept staff, botched appointments, improper insurance billing which resulted in unnecessary bills, inadequate staff training for children’s eye care needs. We will not be going back.

The dr need to pay attention they tell people the wrong thing I had a different dr look at my eyes nothing was wrong with it! I just had. Stuff in my eye from the spill from work

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean and tidy. Very efficient service without sacrificing quality.
I would recommend Cheyenne Eye Clinic for the fact is the reason the friendly people that work there and they were quick for me to get in for my visit and to get my prescription done it was a great experience
