Absolute train wreck of a leasing staff! I rented here short term. The move in was delayed by three days due to their maintenance staffs ineptitude. When I turned in my 30 day break lease notice it was accepted and filed. I spoke with the leasing office and they gave me the prorated amount for the next month and it was paid. TWO MONTHS later I get a notice that I owe $1,000 more, after they exhausted my deposit. Very unprofessional and will not respond to e-mails or calls. Stay away!
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company, ever. We ignored the negative reviews because we had no other options moving from VA but it is expensive, untrustworthy, and just not worth it. I don't understand how this place is not black listed for military. I don't even know where to begin. I originally moved here with the idea that it was a gated community and the gate would be closed during the night AT LEAST. After the 1st month of living there they told me the gate was temporarily down due to them replacing the motor. It took them about 3 months to get this fixed. Hottest summer in history and here we are in mid-August with none of the 3 pools filled! I pay for WiFi I don’t use, and a garage for storage that someone has to help me open the door for, due to bent and warped ceiling runners.
The grounds and amenities at Cheyenne Crossing are very clean and their staff is extremely friendly // incredibly accommodating. 5 stars across the board!
Exactly what we need for a short term rental. Very clean well kept grounds and secure. Looking forward to our summer!
Loved the experience on the tour! The apartments are very nice and welcoming.
