Dr. Chew is an outstanding physician. He listens attentively to your concerns, provides accurate diagnoses, and demonstrates genuine care for his patients. Despite his busy schedule, he makes every effort to follow up promptly. I feel fortunate to have him as my family doctor. In addition, his office staff are consistently professional, courteous, and friendly, which makes every visit a positive experience.
A very disorganized and absent “doctor”. Has caused my severely disabled son to require another surgery due to his negligence.
No respect for patients. Refuses to give appt time for phone calls. Dr. Chew will make you wait all day & won’t call until 11PM! If you see him in person, you’re LUCkY if you see him 2 hours from your ORIGINAL appointment time. I was booked 5PM and waited until 9PM! This happens every time! Receptionists are rude. A disgrace to the title MD since he clearly only cares about money and not patients.

Terrible, inefficient practise. Takes forever to book an appointment. My daughter needed an x-ray for her finger and they wouldn't give authorization and told us to go to emergency. He rarely sees patients, and when he does, often runs 2 to 3 hours behind.
