Stay far away from this place. Overrun with pests, elevator never works, a/c sometimes does, and it reeks of smoke. Alvin L Aubinoe is the management company and they are the absolute worst; never fixing anything. The movie "Beau is Afraid" is realized here.
No A/C since I leave there , they don’t care about people who’s living on n this building
I would give no stars if it was an option. The building is infested with roaches and mice!!!! 4 of my packages were stolen when I moved in. I’m on the 4th floor and 2 floors above me the person living there left their bathtub running which resulted in a flood. My property got ruined and so did the walls and ceiling. It’s been 3 months all they did was take pictures and put a humidifier they still have no fixed the walls or ceiling or my property
I've lived here for 2yrs and my opinion of this place is its a guiet pl and I've had no issues since moving here
Update….. If you’re interested in having your packages and belonging stolen this is the place for you! I have been complaining to the property for months now about the stolen package issue & it has yet to be addressed. So much for having security cameras if you don’t check the footage when notified! I’ve lived here a year and a half and had more packages stolen then I’ve received. And most recently my chained bike was stolen from within the building. Do yourself a favor & don’t move here!!!
