We love this practice and love Dr Ahlstrom. She has given wonderful care to my kids since they were little. They are now 18 and 21, and it will be hard to find an internist for them who cares about their well-being as much as she does/has. She has gone out of her way for us, even taking my daughter’s calls from college when she had some issues. I read a poor review and I could not disagree more. The reception person over the phone is very rude. I called to make an appointment, once she realized that I don’t have the insurance they accept; she immediately hung up and leaving me still talking. I think they should be better trained to have good manners and customer service.
