Within the past year it's obvious that the level of employee has dropped drastically from prior. Not sure if mgmt changed hands. They have a sign stating Grizzly drip is $4.25 per can but rung up $6.50 per can. Employee said sorry, nothing she can do, but I can leave and go down the road to find cheaper. No worries about false advertising. It rang up that way and she can't think independently for herself to fix issue. Was a loyal customer, won't be back. #loyalcustomerlost
The young man that works days/evenings is FANTASTIC! Go during the day. If you go late at night and see the man that wears gloves, turn around. He has a horrible attitude. He would rather be anywhere else than helping you and it absolutely shows. It's not even that he isn't happy and chipper; it's that he actively isn't helpful.
