Just a struggle to get service work done in a timely manner. You have to set a side 2 hours on 2 occasions if you plan to wait for simple warranty services like getting a seat handle replaced and weather stripping replaced under warranty.. Their very busy as the service advisor said and they don’t stock the parts we needed and if you don’t make an appointment it can take even longer. We are at over 7 hours with drive time now for warranty work. Shame on us for going back to the dealer we bought from...won’t make that mistake... read more
