RecommendedHad a great experience at McCluskey Chevrolet. Had to get some service work done than a quicker than normal Time frame to drive for out-of-town funeral and they were more than happy to help expedite that.

Wow. Customer brings her van in for an oil change, you crash the van into a pole and you have the gall to charge her for the oil change. What horrible service. Boycott McClusky Chevrolet. There are far better places to purchase your vehicle and have it serviced!
I can't condone the use of any business that damages someone car during a routine oil change, and then refuses to make it right. These days we have a lot of choices in where we take our cars. I sincerely hope they make it right.
I am very disappointed in McCluskey Chevrolet. Michelle Kramer brought her van in for an oil change. A service tech slammed her large van into a pole denting and scraping the entire rear and side. This was over a week ago. McCluskey promised to make it right but hasn’t done a thing. Dog handlers drive these vans to carry our most precious cargo around. How could McCluskey Chevrolet improve?? Well I'd probably start with not damaging a customer's vehicle while it is in your care, and then pretending like it didn't happen?? I have honestly had a similar situation happen to a vehicle of mine. I actually did not realize it happened until recently because they fixed the damage without me knowing. Take care of your customers. You had a customer bring in a new van for a routine oil change. The employee backed it into a pole cause extensive damage to the vehicle. Then you expected to be paid for the oil change and still have not repaired the vehicle. Fix this vehicle in a timely manor and refund her the oil change.
Never. Ever. I cannot believe what they are doing to my friend Michelle Kramer. She took her van there for a routine oil change and while it was there they slammed it into a pole. It has been a week and they have made no effort to make the situation right. This is AWFUL customer service. No one should choose to spend their money with this dealership. This is not how people should be treated. To add insult to injury, they made her pay full price for the oil change!!
