I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Every time I’ve been treated with respect. Every service member has been kind and friendly and they’ve always had my car done in a timely matter and fixed whatever my issue was.
I showed up a half hour before my scheduled time and they were able to get me right in and did a great job!
First time to your service department. My wife's Spark needed the CVT fluid changed. The service writer did not have an accurate price for the service. 1- was $331.00, then I was told that was incorrect, 2- was $485.00. I stated that was outrageous price for the service, and I find it very hard to believe as a Chevrolet Dealer you didn't have an accurate price for the service. I stated it need to be complete.
