First time to your service department. My wife's Spark needed the CVT fluid changed. The service writer did not have an accurate price for the service. 1- was $331.00, then I was told that was incorrect, 2- was $485.00. I stated that was outrageous price for the service, and I find it very hard to believe as a Chevrolet Dealer you didn't have an accurate price for the service. I stated it need to be complete. Switched from larger Eugene, OR dealership for a better customer experience. Scheduled oil change/lube service on older Silverado pickup online. A bit cumbersome, but okay. On arrival, met Samatha at service check-in. She actually seemed happy to help. Check-in was a simple and quick process. The dealership had clean, comfortable spaces to wait. 70 minutes after check-in, the job was complete and a still smiling Samatha saw me on my way.
